UI/UX Designer

• Must to have 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web/mobile application design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to optimize design and user experience.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and adhere to modern UI/UX design principles.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience based on analytics and user feedback.
